Employees reach out because they need help.  That’s a moment that has special meaning because it is literally the hardest step to take.  The initial intake is the opportunity to ask questions and learn about the person to determine the presenting issue.  This helps identify the support that is needed as well as the geographic location of the individual and the most appropriate counselor for the primary presenting problem.

It can be difficult to admit we need help.  EAP Workforce Solutions helps you get the assistance you need in a private non-judgmental setting which includes either face-to-face sessions or video calls, if needed.

Our EAP includes a professional assessment of your concerns, short-term counseling to develop a problem solving plan and a referral out to a community resource. (if necessary)

100% Free and Confidential

There is no charge for services you and your family receive through this EAP.  Costs are underwritten by a pre-arranged agreement with your employer.  If you are referred to an outside resource you would then be responsible for those costs.  Once your free sessions are exhausted our EAP counselors will consider your insurance benefits and ability to pay. out-of-pocket on sliding scale.

Who is eligible?

As an employee of an organization that has contracted with EAP Workforce Solutions, you and your family are able to utilize the services we offer.  Eligible family members include spouses, domestic partners and children under age 26 living in the household.

All calls and visits are confidential to the fullest degree provided by law.  We cannot , however, maintain absolute confidentiality in cases of child abuse, court orders, or threats to harm yourself or others.

EAP Workforce Solutions does not loan money or extend professional legal or financial advice.  EAP counselors can review the nature of the legal and/or financial difficulties and provide feedback on how to respond to the situation, including advice on how to contact an attorney or financial expert.
